1 cup dry chia seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
Soak 4 – 6 hours.
Add 1 – 2 cloves garlic, 1 – 2 tomatoes, fresh or dried oregano, basil, rosemary.
Go quite heavy with the herbs and they are better for it.
Add Dulse Flakes or other forms of Seaweed (for mineral content and saltiness)
Optionally add vegetable pulp left over from juicing (can dry this and store when juicing)
Add Nama Shoyu to taste.
Spread on dehydrator sheets and mark into desired size with spatula. Dehydrate overnight on 47oC. Flip onto another screen and remove reflex. Dehydrate until crisp and store in airtight container. Will last one month.
